Hello
I have filled in the form online to keep my old number when moving from EE to 02
I have not had any confirmation that this has been receieved anywhere so I am worrying a little as I need it to go through tomorrow.

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

Try calling or resubmit the form. If your EE sim has lost connection the transfer is in process so keep rebooting your phone at regular intervals.
