Hi ivevfilled in a form to keep my number over 24hrs ago and no joy please help as I need it for work

Hi I cant pay through myo2 using my card I've checked with my bank and they say its o2 plus when I put my number in it says it ain't o2 number ???

You need to contact O2. They may need to reset your account. All numbers are in this guide.
