I bought a new phone on a new contract - still with o2, as I was on my last phone, but obviously new tariff. How do I keep my number?! Even the guy in the o2 store couldn’t help me, didn’t know if I’d still need a pac code or what! He started by saying ‘oh just put your old sim in your new phone...’ - yeah great, and keep paying for that contract while paying my new one?! If anyone can tell me what on earth to do I’d be very grateful ha!

Call customer service on 202 and ask them to migrate your old number to the new contract which will end your old contract immediately so you’ll stop paying for it.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
