I have recently joined O2 and I gave my PAC to keep my number when I bought the SIM, one week ago. I haven't been ported yet, is there anything else I should do? When will my number be ported?

You need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
