Recieved a few debt letters from a moorcroft Ltd debt collection spoken to o2 multiple times in store and on the phone who have all said I don't owe anything. Spoke to the debt collection company and apparently they also spoke to o2 and got told I do owe money. I've been sent back and forth from customer services to inshore to get something in writing that I don't intact owe money but no one seems to be able to help me.
