I received my pay monthly sim which my son will be using . We filled in the keep my number form ( he is currently on payg o2) we completed the form over 24 hrs ago and his mobile still has signal with his old sim . How long should I wait before contacting o2 please

Unless you have been given a change date, you need to chase it up with customer service.
