So Just this week I decided to move to a monthly contract from pay as you go as I'm going to be making a lot of texts and calls due to the current situation. I took advantage of one of the offers but I really needed my old number to be transferred to the new sim, but this is proving difficult as I can't reach customer services with this issue.

I would like to know what else I can do as the keep my number support form doesnt work as it either gives me a message that something went wrong or I recieve no confirmation text or e-mail that my request has been received. If I have no options I'll probably have to make use of the two week peroid that I can use to change my mind so I'm not going to lose my number.

Hi there @sharktooth  (cool username!),

just wanted to check if you managed to get this sorted with customer service as it's been a few days since you posted?
