Keep my number

Hi everyone. I bought a new phone on O2 end of march. I was on EE before that. When i forst got it I filled out the keep my number online form and gave my pac code but i keep getting an email saying my security details aren't correct so they cant change it. I dont understand what security details as it only asks for the 2nd and 3rd letters of ypur password which is correct. What do i do as i cant get through to O2 customer services due to covid19.

Hi. Yes i did many times and kept getting the email. Looks like itll have to wait as i cant get theough to speak to anyone on the phone. Ots so annoying because im now paying 2 bills O2 and EE.
