Keep getting charged for dodgy number

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi
I keep getting billed for what clearly isn’t a valid number!!! Yet o2 can’t see it and keep billing me !!!!
Who would have a number 000000000001234 yet keep saying I’m sending a text to them and it’s costing me 42p
If they continue to charge me I’ll take my custom elsewhere “after being with the at least 12-15 years

So even putting wink charges you?
Not good
I’ve turned off mms messaging

No, not necessarily but you need to keep below 480 characters or it will convert to mms automatically.

Using slight_smile counts as more characters than normal letters and numbers.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

The first smilie, 🙄 counts as around 90 characters with subsequent smilies counting around 3 characters.
