Keep getting charged for dodgy number

Anonymous

Hi
I keep getting billed for what clearly isn’t a valid number!!! Yet o2 can’t see it and keep billing me !!!!
Who would have a number 000000000001234 yet keep saying I’m sending a text to them and it’s costing me 42p
If they continue to charge me I’ll take my custom elsewhere “after being with the at least 12-15 years

That number means you are sending mms instead of text messages. This usually happens with long texts or adding smilies that convert to mms.

It's because you are entering a subject line in your text messages.
Turn off subject line in message settings.
