Hi, Give the customer services a call,

I recieved my new sim card with my new contract yesterday and while the customer service rep told me it could take up to 24 hours, my original sim went dead within minitues and my number was working correctly on the new simcard within 10 mins.

I was absolutly amazed at the effeciency of the service.

the person I spoke to was a delight to talk to also.

a big thumbs up for o2 Customer services, hang in there, give them a call and let them sort it out for you.

Before you call them just make sure that your new sim has been activated for at least 24 hours, if you are not sure if this has happened they will be able to tell you on the phone.

They get it right most of the time. Things can go wrong hence the need to call customer services.
