Joint billing

Hi,

 

I have two numbers (business and personal) and currently they are invoiced on the same bill. Is it possible to have two seperate invoices, one for each number?

@SophieJay how did you get on when speaking with customer services? Were they able to separate the 2 bills for you?

Unfortunately not. They said that is something that has to be confirmed at the point of sale! Seems strange that you can make any other changes to your account but not that.

I suspected as much. Once accounts are linked O2 are unable to separate them for some reason. I think they need some serious system upgrades or some extra training for the technicians.
