Hi.

I’m looking to move over to 02 after EE aren’t giving me a good deal anymore and the customer service is shocking.

I’m looking to come over and get 2 pay monthly phones, one of me and my wife. Also to add an Apple Watch at the same time.

Is all the possible if I was to go into store or call up? I can’t seem to do it online.

Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

O2 only sell Sim Only and upto 36 month Refresh plans as you can buy the same as the online store or in Store.

as @MI5 said you will get 14 day change your mind policy with o2.. the only exception is if you are a business and buying online.
