I have a data plan £5 per month but when I try to set up I get oops can not load up the page to sign into my O2 account says error code 10

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call

Customer service will need to remove the old watch from your account.

The data plan is still assigned to the old watch, which hasnt unlatched from the account, so as @Cleoriff and @MI5 have said you need to get CS to remove it from your account completely
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
