Apps are vanishing, the screen is freezing, it won't let me download certain apps I had before. I use Gmail and its not notifying me of new e mails until I activate it
I've been told this is an issue because of Google support.
I pay good money for my mobile and expect it to allow me to do what I need from it.
Has anyone else had this issue?
I just want rid of it and go back to using Samsung

@Liz8

I have seen on numerous network forums that people are now having problems with Huawei phones.

They have to use the apps that Huawei design as they cant get Google Play for instance.

You need to call Huawei support https://consumer.huawei.com/uk/support/

Personally, if it was me and they can't provide a suitable workround, I would be looking for a different phone ...as this problem with Huawei phones won't improve anytime soon.

I'd have a chat with Huawei https://consumer.huawei.com/uk/support/

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

I'm sure that's not the case, they are just 'passing the buck' as it were.

However, I will tag @Chris_K to the post and see what he says.

Well after contacting Huawei and an 80 minute chat with O2 (being connected and disconnected to 6 different people) I have had enough!

It appears I will have to take the cost and pay off the phone. I certainly won't buy Huawei again.

In the current circumstances, I think you are wise to give any Huawei phone a wide berth @Liz8
