Ordered Tablet Pay Monthly on Friday...it went for some checks ( I guess because we just bought a house recently and moved address), it says will contact within 24 hrs, but no update since. Chat is dead here. Does anyone know how I will be getting an update and when?  it's a present for my daughter's birthday. Credit check was pre-approved and also my credit history is 999 out of 999, so not sure what's going on ?
