Issue with mast where i work

We have a mast on our building at work that has always been dodgy. Calls/texts are fine but data can cut out and according to the o2 status its had a high demand status for many months. Seems that has sort of been fixed now though, until this last week or so

Around lunch time you cannot use any data. Calls/texts are fine but the data just wont connect at all. Other o2 customers at work having the same thing so its a mast issue. The status page will change to "we're investigating a mast may be down etc" and a few hours later it goes back to normal and the status page updates to say everything is ok. Now a one off fair enough technology does have problems, but its been like it now every day at lunch time for the past week. They arent working on the mask as its on our building we would notice

o2 support just echo what the status page says, so what could be causing it to die for a few hours every day and then be magically fixed until the next day?

Maybe they are switching too much onto that mast at a certain time of day and it's struggling

All guess work I'm afraid.

Maybe less people using the mast in the morning, and then again late afternoon, but at the times you mention theres a surge in activity which tops out the capacity?

Certainly understand your frustration.

I had three weeks of intermittent signal which was annoying.

Well its still happening and someone else where i work on o2 rang CS and just got told "it will be fixed when its fixed"

Is there anyone higher up than CS who i can contact to find out why this is happening? All CS do it tell you what the status checker says, but thats only half the story, i want to know why its consistently going down everyday but they dont have the answer

Im begging to think now that o2 are actually turning off the data part on the mast each day

We've never been told of any updates regarding a timeline of repairs and I don't believe that info is fed back to CS either.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
