I need to pay the device plan for one of my devices however when I go the payment section on 02 app it says there is an issue, please try again later. How do I resolve this and pay the plan

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Hi @Lizzie__1 you might be best contacting them by phone, if you're in arrears or want to pay over the standard amount you'll need to reach out by phone to make the payment
