I’ve received a text from +44 7376 384 033 saying we couldn’t process your last payment, to resume service, contact billing O2payment.failed12.com. My payments are up to date, I’ve checked. Thanks

Block the number and report it free to 7726.
Don’t open any links or enter any information.

I received the same message on the same day.... thanks for the advice. The website they direct you to looks genuine, it was only when they asked for bank details i became suspicious.
