Is it free to call USA numbers when I’m in the USA?

Currently on the o2 150GB unlimited plus tariff which includes inclusive zone.

I travel to the US in two weeks and wanted to know if I’ll get charged over there for calling US number within the US?

Strange, I got charged £3/min for calling a US number in the UK?

That is correct, if you are in the UK and call a US number, then the costs are around £3 per minute, only calls made whilst roaming are inclusive, and not when you are in the UK calling a US Number, even if that US number is roaming...
