Just wanted to know if it's allowed or not

O2 PAYG tariffs don't usually allow tethering.

At one time tethering wasn't supported on P&G but if your tariff allows it there is nothing specific in the t&cs that exclude tethering. Just try it but tethering will eat through your allowance pretty quickly.
