Is the network down? I have lost everything on my phone. No bars of signal, no 3G, 4G or 5G. Also when I log into my O2 its unable to tell me my data usage. Can't make any calls, or anything

Check the status of the network in your local area by going to https://status.o2.co.uk
It might also be worth calling o2 on 0344 809 0202 from another phone or call using Skype on +44 800 902 0217 ( Guide: A Guide to Skype ) and they can have a look at your account.
