Iphone order not processed

Anonymous
Not applicable

I ordered a iphone 6 yesterday to be picked up from my local O2 shop.

I did not receive a confirmation email or text

I rang again later in the day to eventually be told the order had not gone through

The accessory pack went through and is being delivered today.

What can you do to help?

Regards, Phil

We can't do anytthing I am afraid - we are customers just like you, this is a customer to customer forum. Was it for a new contract? Could you have failed the credit check? Maybe pop into the shop where it was due to be delivered to see if they can enlighten you.

Unfortunately not. Strange that the accessory has gone through, not much use without the phone. Best to call them and find out what the situation is.

As @jonsie has said, best to call http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus It's highly doubtful that Live Chat would be able to help you. Much better to actually speak to someone.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

I called again and they had to go through all the terms and conditions 'again' and it still didn't go through. My credit rating is fine, it's a problem with their server. No doubt that if I call again I'll have to go through the same which wastes an hour of my time each call 😞

You'd probably be better off just cancelling the online order, then find an O2 store that has one in stock and go in and buy it and walk out with it.
