At the moment 3 weeks is a short time as Apple are quoting 6 in places

Not sure how thats a solution. ive waited 5 weeks and been told another 4. people are still waiting from September. O2 will lose a lot of customers over this, not because of the wait but the lack of communication, the terrible customer service and the expected times on their website been totally out of touch with what seems reality
