Hi, my phone was saying invalid sim, tried everything but now says no service 😞 tried cleaning sim, updating and turning on and off

Sounds as if the sim is failing. Under normal circumstances you would pop instore to get a new one. However, as all stores are closed now, you need to ring customer services for a replacement Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have exactly the same issue.

 

I even changed my tariff thinking that the SIM might then be reactivated.

 

O2 say to call, but it's impossible to get through. I know things are difficult right now, but I depend on my phone for my business and this is making things really difficult.

 

VERY DISAPPOINTED with O2 as they will not wait to take payment, will they.....!!!

I had a new sim and it’s still not working and can’t text because I can’t text lol, I have no signal! The sim swap is not working either
