I was in the process of upgrading in my local O2 shop when the assistant told me the international bolt i have ( i pay £10 a month for it ) is being scrapped and O2 have not given any information regards the replacement service. I have put the upgrade on hold because of this as i m sure other providers offer discounted bolt ons.
I have been with O2 for years and would like to stay with them so surely they must know what they are planning as a replacement.
Is there anyone else who is in this position ?

No news yet unfortunately.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

We had a member report (tonight) that they had been invited to trial it and it didn't work?

Yes I saw that.
Trial not too successful there but I guess that's why it's only on trial.
I'm sure it will be sorted out eventually.

No customer who has received the text can lose out.
Legally, O2 wouldn't have a leg to stand on.

Maybe I'm a little thick tonight or the morphine is dulling my senses as well as the pain but can somebody tell me the cost to phone 📱 my wife on her mobile 📱? Is it 7p/minute which is double the charge it was on world chat, the beauty of which you just topped up when you needed it and wasn't added to your bill.
