I need to submit an insurance claim, so have called the number that the o2 webpage says to call (both of them). They say to access it on the my o2 app or online. When I try to do this, it once again tells me to submit a claim by calling, which I cannot because the phone number will not let me. I have tried to find the live chat that is apparently available, but it is nowhere to be seen, any help?
