Increase in tariff part way through contract

Anonymous

I have just been informed that my tariff is increasing part way through my contract. I am currently on a pay monthly contract. Can I change to a sim only deal with no penalties as a result of the tariff increase?

@Anonymous This is the annual RPI increase that happens every year & you would have been told this at the start of your contract & there is no chance likely of leaving penalty free
