I have received some charges on my recent bills for text messages whilst abroad. I have cross checked dates and times, and it might be the case that I have been charged for receiving text messages from O Roaming- as I certainly did not send any text messages.

How can I query these charges if I am unable to contact customer services through traditional routes please?

There are no charges for receiving texts @Junaid

You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.

@Junaid

iPhones and devices with visual voicemail send texts silently to register on servers. You will be charged for those even though they don't show on your phone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
