Hi,

As the title says, intermittently for the last 6 months or so when somecone calls me normally the call would connect, start ringing (on both ends) and then you answer.

The phone rings for me, but not for the caller - i.e. its as if i pick up the phone without it ringing (but for me it rings).

o2 are aware of the problem and apparently im not the only customer, just wondering how widespread it is? Hoping to highlight the issue on here, its been happening for months and its a bit dissapointing o2 have not managed to sort.

@Pete007

If you have anything with an esim on your account, it's been a known issue from the start.

No sign of a fix from O2 yet though.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

That's the issue then.
The fix is dependent on O2 I'm afraid.
