Hi, my phone pre order has been delivered to my chosen store today but my account still shows as not being able to collect from store yet. The courier tracking definitely says its been delivered but the tracking on O2 website still says its out for delivery. I'm conscious that we're coming to the end of the day now and I'm still unable to collect my new phone. I've tried calling the number of the store (which I found on O2 website) but I'm getting no answer at all. Anyone else have an idea what I should do? TIA

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
