So I am so confused.
I am abroad in Spain at the moment and I had my new iPhone 12 sent over to me from England. It has arrived with my 4g sim (has my old number on) just a new one as I lost the other one.
And I have the 5g sim as I will be switching over, eventually.
Anyway both of the sims are not working? I have tried putting my 4g one in so many times and turned the phone on and off. I can not even call o2 for help as I have no sim card!
It just keeps saying "no service". I am confused because usually it works straight away in Spain with no hassle.
I have tried to find another way to contact o2 but cant seem to find another alternative other than to call them? Without the sim I cant set up the phone or make a call 😞 can anyone recommend anything?

There is a restriction on your account or iphone probably due to being reported lost

Use Skype

You need to call O2.

All numbers are in this guide

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call
