Hi, I have an O2 sim card for my IPad, and I pay monthly. My email address is being discontinued, so I have to change the email which I use to log in to my account, but I can't work out how to do it. If I do:
Manage My Account
I log in
I select Edit Your Account
I change the email
I press next, nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

Just a thought...when you make a change to email address, do you have the option to 'save changes?
! changed my login details for O2 ...and I'm sure I had to save changes before I moved onto next stage?

In my o2 it is also the email address a bill is sent to I hope you get it sorted

Thanks to everyone for your replies.
I rang O2. It's impossible to change my email address. I have to cancel my current plan, and install a new sim card!!! Very annoying, but it has to be done; Orange are ditching their emails, including my ancient Freeserve one.

Things must have changed as I changed mine online when they closed the old o2 email addresses

login to my o2 on right select manage my details then username this sereen grab comes up for me
