Hi, just a quick question. Does O2 put an imei block on phones (iphone13) for unpaid bills? Or is it just the sim that they block?

Just the sim then they send the whole debt to a debt collection agency.

SIM. But if you are paying for the phone and you have missed a number of payments they may will treat it as stolen / fraud.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
