I am payg on Sony E3.
I am not able to top up using the online service and over the phone service. It's kind of a blessing in disguise considering the lack of texts, minutes, data you get for your buck as i will be going to GiffGaff but i would like to know why for the last month i have not been able to top up?
I fill everything in and at the end it just 'oops, looks like something went wrong, try again later'
Want to speak to an advisor online and noone is available over the last couple of days.

How many cards have you used to top up with O2? There is a limit (3?) and a new card needs to be registered with customer service.

I dont drive, get the trains haha. It's my first card I have tried to register.
Hi, no it hasn't been solved yet but I havent tried with cs yet or have been able to go to the shop. I'll update when I have tried these things. Thing is I just want ease and convenience and paying online or using the automated service is easy.
