I have brought a SIM card from O2 to use on my hotspot device. And now I don't need it anymore. But I don't know how to cancel it. Can I cancel it via my O2 or do i have to visit the O2 shop?

I think, Im just gonna visit the shop, and ask them to do it for me. Because I already try to call them on 202 but they respond with some type of automatic message, which confuse me.

They will allow you to call customer services from the shop and help you through the phone system.
