Hi guys so here's my issue:

I paid my bill for my Huawei p20 on the 12th (this month)

I have just done all the forms for an upgrade to an iPhone and the agreement says I'll start paying for this device when it arrives (this week), however, I just paid £32 for my Huawei and now I'm going to be charged £43 on a different bill for my new iPhone when it arrives?

Is there any way I can get my £32 back or at least have that put onto the new iPhones bill but this month?

note - I also don't have the Huawei device because it's broken and Huawei refuses to fix it.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

If you have done an upgrade then your next bill will be pro rated so you will be paying some of the old tariff and some of the new, the tariff will change when you receive the upgrade your bill will remain the same date as it currently is.
