Hi everyone,
Here is my dilemma. Last Wednesday I topped up my phone with 20 pounds. At that moment I had the monthly 15 pounds tariff, so the balance was applied correctly.
What happened? The very same day I changed my tariff to the monthly 10 pounds because I was expecting the changes to be done in September, that is the next month. However, the tariff changed that day so 02 is asking me to top up again because there is not enough balance to cover the 10 pounds.
How can I fix this? With whom I can talk?
