Hi all.
I paid last month's bill 30th. Since 2nd April I have received emails and texts asking for the payment on the device plan. But not my airtime plan. They are threatening to disconnect me. I am unable to get hold of anyone one to sort it out. I have proof but nowhere to send it to. Any suggestions or advice please?
