Hi my O2 bill was paid in full this morning I still have no got service back you say a still need to pay something to start service up

It can take 48 hours for payments to clear O2's account.
Speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Edit: When you do speak to them, arrange a Direct Debit which you're supposed to be on anyway and will avoid problems like this in the future.

It can take 24-48hrs following a payment for a bill that was unpaid..
If service hasn't been restored by then, you will need to contact the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217
Best way to avoid this is to setup a direct debit, as persistent late payments may mean o2 refuse to reconnect you.

It will take a couple of days for o2's systems to catch up and log the payment on the correct account @elainecampbell7
If you need it back sooner, then speak to the payment management team:
Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:

Ideally you would also set up a direct debit payment to avoid this, but I don't know your circumstances...
