Hi
I need to claim my monthly bill back from my employer in Germany.The account is set up under my name and adress in the UK.They need the invoice or an invoice with their name and address?

I doubt that's possible but you need to check with O2.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

As the account is in your name, you can forward the bills to your employer, but I'm reasonably certain that it it cannot be changed to reflect their name and address.
