I'm in Bulgaria my can't make calls on my O2.

I can't call out on my O2  a voice says outgoing calls are blocked by the service operator.  Can't get in touch with O2 as I can't call out. Please advise

It sounds as if you may have a roaming bar on your account. Only O2 can lift it.

Hi @Chris020664 - I know this was in 2021 - but having same issue as you. 

in Bulgaria, on PAYG, data works, no calls/messages being received, neither can I make any.

When I switch network, it works once or twice max then defaults back to "call failed" and when people call me to answering machine.

Did you have a solution to this? Not getting any help from support.
