How do I contact o2 the website doesn’t actually allow me to actually send an email. I want to email about charges that have appeared on my bill?

 You should also ring Customer Service and ask them to place the following bars on your account:

Bar all Direct to bill debits

Bar Premium rate numbers

Veritas Numquam Perit

I know the charges are to a 88222 number I can see that but none of the options you listed cover the fact that I never sent these text messages?

They charge you for receiving them.

To your first point, o2 don't have an email address you can send a message to.
If you want to speak to them you need to call.
o2 can put a charge to mobile and premium bar on your account to stop these, but again you need to call.
Some help on how to contact o2 in the link below, but the number that gets the most positive results is 0800 587 4005.
