Solved: I have 2 numbers on my account

Hi all. I have 2 numbers with O2 with separate bills for each . My partner is using one and myself the other . And , was wondering if My partner can take over ( with an account with her name ) , keeping the same number etc and payment details
Is there a way with guru help this could be achieved ( obviously my partner will be present at the time we discuss with O2 to do This ????

Hi @Brandon

In order to get a contract in her name she needs to apply and pass credit and ID checks.

Once approved, you can give permission for the number to be transferred to her new contract.

It isn't possible to just change the name on the contract you already have unfortunately..
