Hi there

 

I have taken out a sim only contract and I received an email asking to contact a phone number I contacted this number and attempted to complete the id checks and I have a passport however i was told that I need a driving licence aswell however I can not legally get a driving licence as I suffer from epilepsy is there a way I can complete the id checks without a driving licence because I find this a little bit discriminating thanks

It should be one or the other, not both.

Hi MI5 thank you for your reply they have cancelled my order now so I'm going to try ordering again at my local 02 store and do it that way thank you for the advice tho
