Hi, I have international bolt-on activated; I checked my phone settings and both outgoing and incoming international calls have 'call barring' switched off.
I was trying to contact O2 support but I can't at the moment. Aura is not helpful, as it only suggests that I need to check my spend cap or if I have my bills paid off. I'm on the monthly payment, and all my bills are up to date, my spent cap is £30 which is way over what I do spend generally.
Does anyone have an idea how to resolve this? What else I can check?

You probably need to have your spend cap removed by O2.
