Hi, I can log into my O2, but I can't look at or access anything or use the App. It says that my number is already in use but its definitely the correct number. It could be because I had the same number with my previous O2 contract. Can you please help me fix this as I need to be able to use my O2 to view data usage etc. Thanks

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Can you log in online https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/ ?
If so, try deleting the app, rebooting your phone and then reinstall the app.
