Sometime in November, I called O2 to let them know that I will not be continuing my contract with O2 and need to cancel. I do not live in the UK anymore so I don't need to renew. The agent on the phone advised me that my contract will end end of 2022. Today I received an O2 bill today for period 01 January 2023 - 01 February 2023 . I checked my account and it says I'm still on the O2 Refresh Unlimited 90GB tariff. Can someone please help?
(I can not call as I don't have the O2 number anymore. I also can not find customer service email address. If I am in the wrong place can you please direct me on who to speak to? Please note I can not call as I don't have a UK phone number. Thanks for your help)

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
