I took out a new Pay monthly contract online. The phone and new SIM were delivered to my address with no paperwork. However, I want to claim the cashback from HUAWEI Promotions but they are not accepting my first bill as proof of purchase. How do I contact o2, please anyone? So frustrating. Thanks for your help.

In My O2 downoad the document in Recent Orders and save as a pdf. Then attach it to your claim
If you need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
