Everyone has tried to be helpful, which is great. I think the guides sent through are for setting up other emails on an Android phone.

I am having trouble setting up my **Personal info** email account which is my Apple one.

I have Googled how to do this, and the advice I have seen tells me it's an IMAP account. But when I try I get this error message:

The IMAP/SMTP service is disabled. Enable the service and try again.

Any ideas?
